Is it odd or fitting to say a book has gone 'live'?
Lots of books seem alive to me, heaps of them changed the way I've felt or thought, which seems pretty lively to me, so why not? :)
On that note, Crossings has gone live on the various Amazon sites and will soon be on other e-retailers like Kobo, B&N and Angus & Robertson - here's some of the links:
